“I hold a Ph.D. in Science from the University of São Paulo, Brazil, with an emphasis on Molecular Biology and the construction of translational models using zebrafish. Currently, I am a Specialist Technician, assisting in all the group's projects, which include microinjection in zebrafish embryos and larvae, genome editing by CRISPR-Cas9, histology, genotyping, zebrafish care and management, and zebrafish sperm cryopreservation.
My research interests lie in cellular mechanisms, the interaction between the immune system and bone repair systems, and the study of genes associated with bone diseases. I like to say that science is beautiful, or as a Brazilian song says “é bonita e é bonita”

During my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, being with my daughter, making new friends, and having a pint. Cheers!
