I'm a Data Scientist at the Jean Golding Institute for Data Science and I've been working with Chrissy and Felix on an automated pipeline for segmenting out the jawbone from a CT scan of a zebrafish, as part of our studies on how ageing and genetic conditions affect bone development.

It's been a really interesting project and has involved lots of learning about new methods in computer vision, deep learning and computing at scale. Outside of the lab, I'm a keen cook + train karate a few times a week. I also like running and the gym, and at the moment I'm training for a 30 mile race at the end of summer.
